Before you connect

• Review a person's full profile before sending or accepting a connection request.
• You are never obligated to accept a request — decline anything that feels off.
• Never share financial information, passwords, or payment details with other members.

During a call

• You can mute, turn off your camera, or end the call at any time.
• Use the 🚩 Report button immediately if you see nudity, sexual content, harassment, or anything suggesting the other person may be underage — this ends the call and flags it for review right away.

After a bad experience

• Block the user so they can never contact you again.
• File a report so our moderation team can review and take action.
• If you believe a child is at risk, contact local law enforcement or, in the US, the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org in addition to reporting on Meet Strangers.
